Therapeutic Riding

The use of Horses provide a unique relationship with human partners in a way that brings self-confidence, improved communication and attentiveness.

Horseback riding gently and rhythmically moves the rider’s body in a manner similar to a human gait. Riders often show improvement in flexibility, balance, muscle strength, increased range of motion, coordination and postural alignment.

Equine facilitated Psychotherapy can help with learning disabilities, Low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorders.

Benefit Physically by improving flexibility, balance, range of motion and muscle strength.

Cognitive benefits improved memory, attention span and self-awareness.

Our instructors are certified through “NARHA” The North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. NARHA.
